Confidentiality

All email communications between you and MVH are confidential. The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without your written permission. However, there are certain exceptions in which I am legally required to break confidentiality:

• Suspected child abuse or dependent adult/elder abuse: If I suspect abuse, I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
• Threats of serious bodily harm to others: If you are threatening harm to another person or persons, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim(s).
• Self-harm or suicidal intent: If you intend to harm yourself, I will make every effort to work with you to ensure your safety. If you do not cooperate, I will take additional steps, as provided by law, to protect your well-being, which may include disclosing information to necessary authorities or individuals.

Opting Out

If you no longer wish to receive emails from Manifest Vibrant Harmony, you can easily opt out by replying to any of MVH emails with a request to be removed from the contact list.
